Author Guidelines

  1. Authors must register and log in to the journal website before submitting a manuscript. All submissions must be made through the online submission system of Reform Journal: Multidisciplinary Policy Reform.

  2. Submitted manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  3. Manuscripts should be prepared using the official Reform Journal manuscript template and must conform to the journal's formatting and referencing requirements.

  4. The journal accepts manuscripts in the form of research articles, policy analyses, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and case studies related to multidisciplinary policy reform.

  5. Manuscripts should generally contain the following components: Title, Author Information, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

  6. Authors are required to provide an abstract of 150–250 words and 3–5 keywords.

  7. Manuscripts should be between 5,000 and 10,000 words and written in clear academic language.

  8. Reform Journal uses the APA (7th Edition) citation and referencing style. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

  9. All manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process.

  10. Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are free from plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct.

  11. Manuscripts found to violate publication ethics or exceed acceptable similarity levels during plagiarism screening may be rejected without proceeding to peer review.

  12. Authors are requested not to submit the same manuscript to another journal while it is under review by Reform Journal.

  13. The Editorial Board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to any submitted manuscript based on reviewers' recommendations and editorial considerations.

  14. There are currently no submission fees, processing charges, or publication fees for authors.

  15. By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the journal's publication ethics, copyright, and licensing policies.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their submission complies with the following requirements. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors.

□ The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it currently under consideration by another journal.

□ The submission is an original work and does not contain plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or other forms of academic misconduct.

□ The manuscript falls within the Focus and Scope of Reform Journal: Multidisciplinary Policy Reform.

□ The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal's Author Guidelines and official manuscript template.

□ The manuscript file is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

□ The title, abstract, keywords, and author information have been provided completely and accurately.

□ References and citations have been prepared according to APA (7th Edition) style.

□ All tables, figures, and supplementary materials are properly labeled and cited in the manuscript.

□ Where available, URLs and DOI numbers have been included in the references.

□ The authors have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest related to the submitted manuscript.

□ The corresponding author confirms that all listed authors have contributed to the work, approved the final manuscript, and agreed to its submission.

□ The authors agree to comply with the journal's Publication Ethics, Copyright Notice, Licensing Policy, Open Access Policy, and Peer Review Process.

□ The authors understand that the manuscript will undergo editorial screening, plagiarism checking, and a double-blind peer review process before a publication decision is made.

This section contains research articles, conceptual papers, policy analyses, literature reviews, and case studies that fall within the scope of Reform Journal: Multidisciplinary Policy Reform. All manuscripts published in this section undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and scholarly contribution.
